Chrissy-Wedding10 Holiday Wedding | Chrissy and Manuel

A wedding the day after Christmas: that in itself would make any wedding magical. But this particular wedding was overflowing with magic. With only 25 people in attendance, this intimate wedding wasn’t focused on centerpieces, stationery, linens, or dessert. It was all about love, style and intimacy.

It’s not often that a wedding planner has the opportunity to help plan, attend as a guest, and even make an appearance in some of the pre-ceremony photos! This fact that this particular bride is one of my very best friends is a little extra icing on the cake.

The bride is very well known for her fashion sense, so it comes as no surprise that high style just drips off of these images. We are in love with her short beaded gown, white fur, vintage-style tights and deep red lips. And the groom…how amazing does he look in his fabulous attire? What a perfect compliment to his gorgeous bride.

The ceremony took place at the family’s favorite local restaurant, Jay’s Bistro. The bride walked down the aisle as her sister played a beautiful song on the guitar. Keeping it a family affair, the bride’s brother served as their wedding officiant. Following the ceremony, guests dined, wine flowed and laughter filled the room. The meal was finished with tiramisu, the groom’s favorite dessert.

Believe it or not, this intimate wedding was planned in two short months! Brides, this is proof that even a small wedding planned quickly can still make a grand statement.

Thank you so much to Harper Point Photography for taking time away during the holidays and for capturing the magic of this special day. My heart swells with love every time I look at the images. Chrissy and Manuel, we wish you so much love, peace, and happiness on your journey together.

We hope everyone has an equally beautiful start to their New Year!
