We are definitely thankful we hired Debbie to be our Day-Of-Coordinator. She developed a very detailed and organized timeline and was always at our side during the wedding day to make sure everything was running according to plan. Our parents also liked having a go-to person during the wedding day, since they were from out-of-town. Debbie was the best decision that I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Having Debbie as my “Day Of” Coordinator was a life saver. A couple of things went wrong (as they tend to do) but Debbie fixed them and made them go away as if they never happened. Debbie brings an extremely high level of professionalism to your event along with her fun and easy going personality. To any bride thinking of going without a coordinator, think again…Debbie allows you to forget about the details that you’ve worked so hard on and truly enjoy your special day. Debbie is an amazing coordinator. She helped me put things together for the wedding day prior to the wedding, and then took care of all the details at the wedding and rehearsal. I can’t recommend using her enough. Her prices are reasonable, but my ability to relax and enjoy the wedding without having to stress about the details was priceless. You can RELAX and count on Debbie to do do an awesome job.

Working with Debbie was the best decision my new husband and I made. We wanted to get married but had no help, and we had no idea where to start! She was amazing - saved us so much time and money. Knowing we both had busy schedules and tight budgets, she worked with us. Her main concern was making sure we weren’t stressed and that all the choices we made were what WE wanted, not anyone else’s choices. After all the planning was finally done, I could finally relax. She took care of everything the day-of, I didn’t ever have to leave the room I was getting ready in with my bridesmaids because she handled all the setup! When it was finally time to walk down the aisle, she called me to come down the stairs so nobody would see me and was waiting there with my bouquet and made sure I was ok. The entire reception I noticed her making sure everything went smoothly, and she cleaned up everything afterwards, packed it all up in boxes and into my parent’s car. The entire day all I did was focus on having fun and I couldn’t have done any of that if it wasn’t for her. Her assistant was amazing too. They went above and beyond what I ever thought they would do for me, and I could never thank them enough!!! All my family and friends just loved them. I highly recommend getting a wedding consultant, and even more so I recommend using Debbie!

Returning to school for my second degree was a major commitment and accomplishment. As graduation neared, I knew I wanted a huge celebration, but I didn’t have the time or energy to organize my own party. Debbie was amazing at making it all happen! She came up with a great theme for the party, created unique menu items that carried out the theme, decorated the entire place, and selected fun party favors to hand out to all the guests. I didn’t have to do a thing! Debbie created the perfect party–taking care of all the details and allowing me to relax and celebrate on my big day.

Debbie was my favorite vendor - hands down! She worked closely with all of our vendors to be sure they knew what was expected of them. At the rehearsal, she was professional enough to get things accomplished when we got off track, but relaxed enough that she let us gab. The day of the wedding, she was amazing - absolutely amazing! She came early, handled ALL of the set up of our decorations, got me down the aisle on time, and then at the end of the night, packed up every last thing in our car. All we had to do was have the time of our lives. Even our friends and family noticed what a phenomenal job she did. I slept better at night knowing Debbie would take care of whatever I needed.

Debbie is awesome and she and her assistant, Angela, could not have been more professional and helpful! Looking back, I can’t believe I was ever going to go without a coordinator that final week. It was such a relief to know that once I left for Colorado, earlier in that week, I had NOTHING to worry about concerning the actual wedding and all the vendors. Debbie was very organized and every detail was as I envisioned. Our parents still keep telling us how impressed they were with both of them. When the reception ended, I expected to have to make sure our personal effects were taken care of. When the lights went up and people started to leave, I walked around and there was nothing for me to do! Debbie had already packed up the cars and done everything. I just had to say goodbye and head back to the hotel.

As the photographer for Rheana and Vince’s wedding, I was very busy, but I did have time to notice their coordinator, Debbie DiClaudio, at work. From the beginning, through the day, and until the end, Debbie was amazing. Our hotel and caterer would only handle the basic setup for our reception. All of the personalized details were our responsibility. Knowing those special touches were in good hands while I was doing hair and make up and getting ready, and while the ceremony was going on was such a huge load off. I was able to completely relax and have fun, knowing that Debbie was taking care of everything. She did an amazing job, exactly what we wanted, and the end result was amazing.
