From the very beginning, the bride and groom knew they wanted a laid-back, fully-epicurean experience for the guests at their wedding. As you can see, these elements practically leap from every picture.

The ceremony and reception took place at a quaint and colorful location in Edwards, Colorado. Guests were welcomed into the celebration by a warm atrium with high ceilings and giant panels of hanging fabric. A wall of open windows and doors invited guests into a vibrant green-grass backyard. You couldn’t help but feel like you were spending the day at an old family home.

All around you, the colors told a story: peach, rose, copper, cream, and sage suggested that summer was ending and fall was beginning. An arch made from twisted branches and embellished with delicate vases framed the couple during their outdoor ceremony. A modern-rustic lounge invited friends and family to relax on the deck and visit with each other. Beautiful pieces of stationery whispered the evening’s dinner menu.

After the ceremony, a live band brought new life into the party. Selected pairings of hors d’oeuvres and mini-drinks were casually passed out to guests. The combination of flavors delighted everyone: savory beef sliders were paired with a dark stout; caprese bites met with sips of white wine; small tacos and truffle fries were chased by gulps of light pilsner. At the end of the night, it was mini donuts and milkshakes for dessert.

From the first kiss to the last song, this wedding was, in every way, “so them”.

To the happy couple: we wish you many years of love and adventure!
